Jay Nelson is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate industry, boasting 30 years of experience. He has successfully navigated numerous deals in office leasing, tenant representation, retail leasing, and development, as well as brokering several prestigious golf courses. Known for his exceptional negotiation skills and expertise in acquisitions, Jay has represented many Fortune 500 companies throughout his career. Additionally, he has contributed to various boards, including the Hendricks Foundation, Gleneagles Country Club, and John Paul II High School Committee, showcasing his commitment to community and industry growth.
Angela Nelson Telfer

Angela Telfer is a licensed real estate Broker with over 25 years of experience, specializing in land development, office and retail properties, and raw land. Her responsbilies include acquisitions, leasing, site selection and development. Angela has consistently ranked as a top producer and is a member of the Millennium Club. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Angela has been involved in numerous mentorship programs, CASA ( Court Appointed Special Advocate) volunteer, Graduate of Leadership Plano, CREW (Commercial Real Estate for Women) and Kappa Alpha Theta Chapter Alum.
